Introduction to Artificial Intelligence

This course is designed as a starting point for anyone interested in understanding and gaining an overview of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its core concepts. The techniques are explained without requiring any coding or programming background.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) refers to the simulation of human intelligence in machines that are programmed to think and act like humans. The term may also apply to systems that exhibit traits associated with human intelligence, such as learning and problem-solving.

One of the key characteristics of AI is its ability to analyze information and take actions that maximize the chances of achieving a specific goal. A subset of AI is machine learning, which enables systems to learn from data and improve over time without explicit programming. Deep learning, a further subset of machine learning, uses large amounts of unstructured data—such as text, images, and video—to enable more advanced learning.
